Soave Enterprises has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable/Administrative Clerk at its real estate development in Naples, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for all A/P and office administrative functions.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Process vendor invoices.
- Maintain vendor and contract files.
- Vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closings.
- Answer phones and greet incoming guest.
- Provide administrative support to office staff.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Order and Maintain supplies.
- Pickup and Delivery between company sites.
- Detail orientated.
- Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Experience in an automated AP/Accounting environment.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
