Accounts Payable/Administrative Clerk – Naples, Florida

Job Description:

Soave Enterprises has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable/Administrative Clerk at its real estate development in Naples, FL.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all A/P and office administrative functions.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

    • Process vendor invoices.
    • Maintain vendor and contract files.
    • Vendor reconciliations.
    • Assist in monthly closings.
    • Answer phones and greet incoming guest.
    • Provide administrative support to office staff.
    • Bank Reconciliations.
    • Order and Maintain supplies.
    • Pickup and Delivery between company sites.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Detail orientated.
  • Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Experience in an automated AP/Accounting environment.
  • High school diploma or GED completed.
