When joining the Soave Enterprises’ leadership team in 1991 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of City Management Corporation, Yale Levin brought two key attributes – an unwavering focus on long-term value growth and keen business insight. The operations and accounting expert helped steer CITY Management to its ultimate position as Michigan’s largest independent waste disposal company and an industry leader in environmental practices and community responsibility. Since its sale in 1998, Mr. Levin has led the development of the Soave portfolio. He also has direct responsibility for the metals recycling group, among others.
A Michigan State University graduate, Mr. Levin is a Certified Public Accountant and spent 25 years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before joining Soave, he also served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Highland Superstores.
Sincerely committed to serving the greater good, Mr. Levin is a member of several boards and committees including those at the Detroit Medical Center, Cloverhill Park Cemetery, Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, Detroit Riverfront Conservancy and the Jewish Welfare Federation.
