KLNB Retail Opens New Office in Brambleton
Leesburg Today
July 23, 2007 Baltimore-based KLNB Retail will occupy a new, 6,400-square-foot office building at Brambleton Town Center, becoming a neighbor to the newly opened 16-screen Consolidated Theatres, and Barnes and Noble, still under construction.
KLNB Retail is a division of KLNB, a full-service commercial real estate services company that operates five offices in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
The new office at 42395 Ryan Road will house 11 employees, led by Cary Judd as the principal in charge. KLNB Retail is overseeing all retail leasing activities for the town center, a mixed-use project that calls for 280,000 square feet of office and retail space when completed.
"Northern Virginia is among the most prolific retail markets in the country, and our office in Brambleton Town Center places us at the virtual epicenter of the activity and energy that exists in Loudoun County," said Andy Georgelakos, managing partner of KLNB.
"Combined with our full-service offices in Washington, DC, and Vienna, VA, we now have a physical presence in key strategic positions around the region, that will enable us to quickly access any real estate project," he added.
Brambleton is a development of Soave Real Estate Group, a division of Soave Enterprises, L.L.C., www.soave.com. Soave Enterprises is a diversified management and investment company founded by Detroit businessman Anthony L. Soave. It provides strategic planning, financial and other management resources to its affiliated business ventures in the real estate, automotive retailing, beer distribution, scrap metal, industrial services and transportation industries, among others.
