Checker Sedan Wins Category In WDIV-Channel 4 “Best Of Detroit” Poll
September 20, 2007, Detroit, MI – The polls have closed and the votes have been tallied. Following eight weeks of active, on-line voting, Checker Sedan has been named a winner in WDIV’s “Best of Detroit” contest. The first annual contest allowed local viewers to nominate and select their favorite service providers and retailers. Checker Sedan topped its category for “Best Limousine Service in Detroit.”

The Best List is a contest sponsored by WDIV-TV Channel 4 and coordinated by CityVoter, a city guide-style website that profiles businesses and allows the public to vote and comment on their favorites. Nominations were made by customers and then investigated by a research team for accuracy. Votes were accepted through August 31, 2007, with results posted on CityVoter.com.
