Soave Automotive Group Names Kevin Killilea CFO and COO of Independence, Missouri Operations
January 30, 2007 Kansas City – SOAVE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, a division of Detroit-based SOAVE ENTERPRISES, has named Kevin Killilea Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Independence Honda and Independence Lincoln-Mercury Mazda. The announcement was made today by Anthony Soave, CEO, Soave Enterprises.
Killilea has served as CFO and Group Controller for SOAVE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP since joining the organization in April 2004. In that role, Killilea was responsible for the group’s accounting, financial, human resource and technology activities. His new responsibilities also include overseeing general business activities for Independence Honda and Independence Lincoln- Mercury Mazda.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Killilea’s 20-year professional career in the retail automobile business has included front line and management positions held in Sales, Finance and Insurance, and Administration. He and his family currently reside in Overland Park, Kansas.
The SOAVE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, owns and operates dealerships in Missouri and Kansas: Independence Honda; Independence Lincoln-Mercury Mazda; Aristocrat Motors – specializing in Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, Saab and Land Rover vehicles – and Mercedes Benz of Progress Point, Missouri.
