Marketing Coordinator – Naples, FL

Job Description:

Soave Real Estate Group has a position open for a Marketing Coordinator located in Naples, FL.

 Typical Duties include: 

  • Provide administrative marketing support for the 3 Clubs and Kalea Bay sales staff as required;
  • Maintain Media Relations for all Clubs and Kalea Bay;
  • Set up as needed and maintain social media accounts;
  • Responsible for display advertising, marketing budgets;
  • Attend sales meetings, take notes and follow-up on assigned tasks;
  • Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for website updates for The Floridian, Moraya Bay & Kalea Bay
  • Design and manage weekly e-blasts for The Floridian, Moraya Bay & Kalea Bay

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university plus 2-4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
  • Must possess superior interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion;
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening process.
