With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Mr. Fox is responsible for the overall development and operations of Brambleton. He provides strategic direction for all facets of the project, from land development to governmental relations and from business planning to community recreational amenities. Mr. Fox is also responsible for the acquisition and development of other Soave properties in the Washington Metropolitan area.
Prior to his involvement with Soave Enterprises, Mr. Fox was responsible for over $400,000,000 of real estate development and construction, including commercial office, industrial, retail and residential projects.
Mr. Fox is a graduate of the University of Kansas, receiving both a Law Degree and a M. B. A. Active in his community, he is a member of the American Bar Association and the Board of Franklin Wright Settlements, a leading Detroit, Michigan neighborhood social services organization, among others.
