As Executive Vice President: Non-Ferrous Metals, Mr. Kenny is responsible for the commercial activities involving non-ferrous metals, including the acquisition, processing and sale of raw materials as well as monitoring and creating markets for specialized non-ferrous commodities. Mr. Kenny is also responsible for maintaining long-standing relations with the current customer and supplier base and providing technical support to clients for continuous product improvement.
A native of the State of Ohio, Mr. Kenny spent 33 years in purchasing and manufacturing at U.S. Reduction in Ohio and Indiana. Mr. Kenny joined Ferrous Processing & Trading Company in 1995 and was involved in several consolidation, relocation and growth activities before being promoted to Executive Vice President of the Non-Ferrous Department of a FPT company.
Mr. Kenny's accomplishments include development of a sand flow process that refines the non-ferrous metals into several commodity groups using a recyclable medium, which has opened new markets and further reduced waste.
After finishing secondary education in Indiana, Mr. Kenny completed four years with the United States Air Force. Mr. Kenny is affiliated with the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc.
