Mr. Taylor is responsible for the overall direction of ProLine Technologies and utilizes his more than 20 years in the trenchless industry to set that direction.
His experience includes all aspects of pipeline investigation utilizing CCTV, including design of CCTV equipment. Mr. Taylor founded Sewer Tech Services in 1995 and served as contracts and operations manager for CAT Contracting during the largest sewer renewal project undertaken by a municipality, the Greater Houston Wastewater Program.
While employed with Instituform Technologies in the US and Instituform Group in the UK, Mr. Taylor was involved in all aspects of Research and Development, including the full commercialization of products and processes developed and patented. Additionally, Mr. Taylor was instrumental in developing the training procedures for installation and support of new and existing technologies worldwide.
Mr. Taylor served in the Royal Engineers, attached to special forces, Royal Marines, and is associated with several professional organizations, namely, the North American Society for Trenchless Technologies (NASTT), Gulf Coast Trenchless Association, and the Texas Municipal League.
