Mr. Smith has served as General Manager of Commuter Express since 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Smith served as Regional Manager for VPSI, a Chrysler Corporation subsidiary specializing in fleet leasing, van pooling and Para-transit systems.
A graduate of Northwood Institute, Mr. Smith has nearly 20 years of transportation experience. He was instrumental in developing the employee shuttle system currently being used at the new McNamara Terminal at Metro Detroit Airport.
