Mr. Rinella is a graduate of Tulane University where he earned a bachelor degree in Economics in 1978.
Mr. Rinella and his family live in Libertyville, Illinois. He was a former President of the Mundelein Rotary Club. He was also chairman of St. Lawrence Building Committee in Libertyville.
Mr. Rinella is a past president of the ABDI (Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois) and a recipient of the ABDI's Richard A. Mautino Industry Service Award.
