Mr. Will is the Service Director for the Soave Automotive Group. Mr. Will has more than 25 years experience in the retail automotive industry. In his previous role Mr. Will was instrumental in the service and parts department rollout for Jay Wolfe Mercedes-Benz.
Mr. Will served as Service Director for Mollie VW/Audi in Kansas City, Missouri where he had oversight of service and parts operations. He also worked for Baron Automotive Group as Service Director overseeing service and parts operations.
Mr. Will served in the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Germany, and a member of the NCO General Staff audit team. He served as Branch Supervisor overseeing staff in various accounting duties.
Mr. Will attended the Federal Institute for Business Studies at Karlsruhe, West Germany where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics in 1985.
