Ms. Salierno is the Human Resource Manager for the Soave Automotive Group. Ms. Salierno’s prior role includes seven years in the automotive industry as a Human Resource Manager including Baron Automotive Group in Merriam, Kansas.
In her current role Ms. Salierno develops and maintains job descriptions and pay plans for all associates; providing assistance in all human resource activities. Ms. Salierno works with the CFO to negotiate all benefit plans, as well as coordinating on all aspects of the 401K plan and other benefit plans. Ms. Salierno has responsibility for the New Hire Orientation program at Soave Automotive Group that provides a jump start to all associates joining the team.
In her previous roles, Ms. Salierno served as Human Resource Manager, Loan Officer and Customer Relations Director at Surrey Vacation Resorts and Office Manager at R.A.B. Marketing.
Ms. Salierno attended National American University and Texarkana Community College.
