Mark Doescher

Mr. Doescher is the Parts Director for the Soave Automotive Group. In his current role Mr. Doescher is responsible for inventory management, forecasting, analyzing financial data, process re-engineering and automotive special order control.
Mr. Doescher has developed the Parts Assistance Center for the SAG Mercedes-Benz dealerships, centralizing the parts specification process for the onsite and offsite technicians.
He has implemented a Wholesale Sales Program that currently generates $2.6M in annual sales. Mr. Doescher has 30 years experience in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Soave Automotive, Mr. Doescher served as Parts Manager for Polo Motor Company based out of Overland Park, Kansas representing Mercedes-Benz, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Maserati and Aston Martin.
Mr. Doescher was recipient of the Parts Manager Award at both Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar.
