Soave Enterprises has an opening for a Staff Accountant.

  Typical Duties include:

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements for multiple entities;
  • Maintain work papers for all balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare monthly journal entries;
  • Review general ledger postings and make correcting journal entries;
  • Prepare all monthly bank reconciliations;
  • Prepare and post deposits weekly;
  • Prepare annual personal property tax and sales returns;
  • Assist with entries into Job Cost system;
  • Maintain Inter-company accounts and billing;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager & Corporate Controller.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Previous experience with JD Edwards a plus;
  • Able to pass required background check and drug screening.
