Soave Enterprises has an immediate opening for an energetic, outgoing Receptionist at its real estate development office in Naples, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the office staff by performing the following duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls;
- Maintain voicemail messages system by retrieving and forwarding to employees;
- Assist callers with information regarding the organization;
- Welcome incoming visitors and announce to appropriate personnel;
- Order, receive and maintain office supplies;
- Receive, sort and route mail;
- Assist with mailings;
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to include supporting executive team as needed.
- High school diploma or GED;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office;
- Able to pass required background and drug screening process.
