Anthony Soave’s Community Features Family-Friendly Shopping and Entertainment

Anthony Soave’s master-planned community nestled among the green hills of Virginia continues to see growth for both residential and commercial properties.  With an appealing mixture of nationally known chains and locally-owned boutiques, Brambleton Town Center continues to add top-notch retailers and facilities to its 500,000 square foot shopping district.  Whether you feel like getting fit at the Sport & Health Club or finding the newest fashions at one of the specialty boutiques, the Town Center has it all within walking distance.Anthony Soave

The community retail center features a diverse array of retailers including design and accents merchant, The Nest Egg, and Edibles Incredible Desserts, a bakery and specialty sweet shop, Cold Stone Creamery, Blue Ridge Grill, and Eclips Salon and Day Spa.  Additionally, a Builders’ Showcase & Welcome Center features information about the community.

“We’re excited about our expansion and are thrilled to be a part of Brambleton and the Loudoun County community,” commented The Nest Egg owner Ann O’Shields.  Her store features transitional lines and traditional pieces, including old-world reproductions and French country-inspired designs. “Home decorating should be an enjoyable experience, whether you’re in your first home or updating the look of your cherished pieces.”

Robyn Hanna, and her husband, Alan Furman, own Edibles Incredible Desserts with its unique cakes, baked goods and candies, inspired by the couple’s longtime culinary and catering interests. Already involved with activities in Brambleton, Hanna and Furman have high praise for the community atmosphere that Brambleton offers its homeowners. “We love Brambleton; it’s so family oriented,” said Hanna.

Builder displays and community information are also available seven-days-a-week at the

expanded Welcome Center.  “Our Welcome Center location within Town Center has more than 7,000 square feet to promote home sales in Brambleton,” details Kim Adams, the community’s Director of Sales and Marketing.

The shopping district is now home to Consolidated Theatres’ 16-screen complex, a Harris Teeter grocery store and twenty-one other daily convenience stores and restaurants. Brambleton Town Center continues to expect retail growth in the coming years.

Over the past 10 years, hundreds of families have moved into Brambleton, establishing new friendships and creating lasting family memories and traditions. New residents are encouraged to add more to their lives by getting to know the extended Brambleton community.   Locals can participate in the many community and social activities held at Brambleton Town Center throughout the year.  From seasonal festivals, to music concerts, to community 5K races, Brambleton Town Center and Soave Enterprises host a variety of family friendly events and entertainment.

About Anthony Soave and Soave Enterprises

Every great plan starts with an idea, and that’s how Brambleton began 10 years ago by Anthony Soave, the original Brambletonian.   Anthony Soave envisioned a community where residents could find the perfect work/life balance and this dream became a reality once Brambleton broke ground. His vision and efforts put Soave Enterprises on the radar and the company was ranked number 251 on Forbes’ largest privately held companies’ list in 2010.

Soave Enterprises is a diversified management and investment company founded by Detroit businessman Anthony Soave that provides strategic planning, financial and other management resources to its affiliated business ventures.  Anthony Soave acquired Ferrous Processing and Trading in 1997 and through it, Soave Enterprises offers a full range of metal recycling services.  Parts Galore was established by Soave Enterprises in 2005.   For more information on Tony Soave and Soave Enterprises, please visit http://www.soave.com.
