As Corporate Director of Human Resources, Ms. Moss is responsible for developing policy and coordinating human resource activities including employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, ethics, training, acquisition integration, HRIS and employee relations for over 2500 union and non-union employees throughout the United States and Canada.
Ms. Moss was previously employed as Manager of Human Resources for City Management Corporation and at the time of its sale to USA Waste, assumed the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources for Soave Enterprises. Ms. Moss came to City Management Corporation in 1991 from United Savings Bank in Farmington Hills, MI where she was Human Resources Officer. She is a graduate of Michigan State University.
