Mr. Marino is the Chief Information Officer with primary responsibilities of integrating long-term corporate-wide information needs with data processing activities including systems analysis, programming, computer and auxiliary operations, and communications.
Primarily responsible for developing overall corporate IT strategy including needs, systems development and hardware/software acquisition and integration, Mr. Marino also identifies new computer technology and determines its applicability to the organization's long-term needs. In addition, Mr. Marino also oversees corporate technical policies and procedures, technical standards, methods and priorities.
Mr. Marino's affiliation with Soave-owned companies began in 1992. Prior to joining Soave he was CIO for Stanley Works, where he accumulated 30 years of experience in IT.
Mr. Marino currently serves as Chairman on the Board of Trustees of Garden City Community Hospital in metropolitan Detroit.
