David Laity
Director of Purchasing

As Director of Purchasing, Mr. Laity is responsible for developing policy and for coordinating the purchasing activities for Soave Enterprises and many of its affiliate companies.
Mr. Laity has over 30 years of procurement experience. He was previously employed as Director of Purchasing for City Management Corporation and at the time of its sale to USA Waste, was retained as Director of Purchasing for Soave Enterprises.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Laity came to City Management in 1992 from Townsend and Bottum, Inc. a construction company located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There he was responsible for contracting, purchasing, property management, safety and construction equipment management.
