As Secretary and Senior Counsel for Soave Enterprises, Mr. Frank’s principal activities include mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and documenting purchases, sales and the myriad of business transactions pertaining to Soave and its affiliates. Mr. Frank is also involved with labor issues and is responsible for negotiating collective bargaining agreements and arbitrating or addressing employment and labor related matters.
Mr. Frank’s affiliation with Soave commenced in 1992, where he served as Senior Counsel to City Management. Previously, Mr. Frank was a Partner at Jacob & Weingarten in Troy, Michigan, concentrating in real property acquisition, finance and development, corporate and general transactional law.
Mr. Frank serves on the Board of Directors or committees of several Detroit area non-profits including: Matrix Human Services, Temple Israel, The American Jewish Committee and the Grosse Pointe Jewish Council. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Honors College and the University of Michigan Law School.
