Mr. Brockhaus joined Soave Enterprises in 1991 and manages the accounting, finance and treasury departments of the Company. He is the primary contact for the Companys investment bankers, custodial relationships, senior credit lenders and leasing entities. He also directs and coordinates acquisition valuations, capital structure, financial planning and cash management for all of Soaves affiliated entities.
Mr. Brockhaus earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and his Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University. He has over fourteen years of financial planning, acquisition valuation, general accounting, and treasury management experience. Prior to being promoted to Treasurer, Mr. Brockhaus served as Corporate Controller for Soave, and began his career with City Management Corporation where he served in various financial roles from 1991 through 1998.
